Glenn offers amazing customer service We asked him to take a look at a hot tub we had gotten and he let us know right away we would be putting a ton of money into it before we could even get it running. We were a bit dissapointed at first but Glenn came to the rescue and advised us of a great hot tub he could get us for cheaper than what we would have paid to fix the old hot tub. It worked out great we couldnt recommemd a better person to assist with your hot tub needs!

I am so pleased with Soco. He has worked on my hot tub about 5 times now . He answers the phone immediately and shows up promptly. I have an older tub and he knows what he is doing. This last time the power failure in PW caused the heater to shut down. He diagnosed the problem and it is up and running again with the temp going back to 104. He is one of those people who is so nice and so prompt.
